Started with 2 liters a day of agua
Tasteless crackers
black coffee no sugar
hard boiled egg

I started no rice diet on January 3,2016. Today, this is going be hardcore. I will find apples and apple cider vinegar at the grocery. Might also need to get lemons for my water detox.
